Our Mission
At Premier Preschool and Learning Center, we are committed to providing a premier early childhood education where every child is valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. Through a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment, we foster a lifelong love of learning through play, exploration, meaningful experiences, and intentional instruction. We focus on developing the academic, social-emotional, and independence skills children need to confidently take their next step- preparing them for a successful first day of kindergarten and a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

At Premier, children learn through play, exploration, hands-on experiences, intentional instruction, movement, creativity, and meaningful relationships. We support the development of the whole child, including academic skills, social-emotional development, independence, communication, and kindergarten readiness.
We believe strong relationships between children, families, and teachers are essential to a successful early childhood experience. We encourage open communication and value the true families’ place in us.
Meet the Director…
Halsey Robb has served as the Director and Co-Owner of Premier Preschool and Learning Center since 2024. Prior to joining Premier, Halsey spent ten years teaching special education with Lincoln Public Schools, where she worked with children of a wide variety of ages, abilities, and individual needs.
Halsey graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education. She continued her education at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, earning her Master’s degree in Special Education in 2019.
Halsey is passionate about creating a high-quality learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. She believes in leading by example and supporting teachers through collaboration, coaching, and ongoing professional development. Halsey regularly provides teaching evaluations and feedback to help staff continue strengthening their teaching practices, classroom environments, and relationships with children.
Halsey and her husband and co-owner, Quentin, are thrilled to be part of the Premier Preschool and Learning Center community. Together, they bring experience from both the education and business worlds, along with a shared passion for helping young children build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
As parents themselves, the Robbs understand the importance of finding a preschool where children are known, cared for, and encouraged to become confident learners. They believe that early childhood is an important time to develop academic foundations, social-emotional skills, independence, and self-help skills that prepare children for their first day of kindergarten and beyond.
Halsey and Quentin are committed to making Premier a safe, caring, and engaging place for children to learn, explore, and grow. They strive to provide consistent, nurturing, and dedicated teachers who work together to meet each child’s individual needs and help every child feel that they belong at Premier.
